As someone who has been trying to support more and more local business, I was thrilled to learn about this company. Their brick and mortar is not yet available to visit, so I decided to order online and I was extremely happy with my experience.

Everything was priced reasonably, the site was easy to navigate, and I received my order quickly and with pleasant interactions. The products are high quality and there were even products I had no idea I could buy in a non-toxic and eco-friendly form.

Overall, I would recommend Eastwood Refillery and I'm on my way to being a regular customer.

So excited to see this store open in Eastwood. Great place to shop for environmentally friendly products and refill on cleaning/laundry products. The owners are kind, and the selection of products is lovely!

i love it here, i was so excited to hear that a refinery was opening in syracuse! and they did not disappoint, the ladies working there are very lovely and helpful. I made a stupid mistake (the containers are very clearly labeled, but still, I made a mistake cause I’m dumb) and she was very understanding and not bothered and even gave me a free jar.
no matter where you are in your Eco journey, I recommend this place !!!!

I love this place. They have all kinds of items, liquid soap, shampoo, cleaner, powder detergent, dishwasher soap and more. Plus tea and bamboo utensils etc…. So much more than you’d think including containers. I’m trying to eliminate plastics and couldn’t do it without this place. Bonus the shop smells amazing!
